Summerlin has always been one of my favorite areas in town. Known for plenty of upscale homes & communities, Summerlin is also home to plenty of community parks and trails which make for a very vibrant community. I like to stay up on the newest emerging sub-divisions within Summerlin. Today I had a chance to go out and view Capistrano. This is a new community by CalAtlantic homes which was previously known as Ryland Homes.
These are larger houses ranging from around 2600 to 3000 square feet and are priced between $428,490 and $473,490. The community itself is located at the base of Red Rock Canyon at the intersection of Alta and Fox Hill Drive. One of the property models known as the Cabrillo is certainly an eye catcher. This is a two story, 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom model with a separated 3 car garage. The feature that really stands out is the courtyard entrance which leads to a classic stoop front door entry way.
