Now that we’re in to the summer months, things are really starting to heat up. As someone that’s out showing homes during the day, I can certainly feel the effects of the blazing Las Vegas sun. Now is the time where showing homes requires a bit more planning. I always make sure that my clients can feel cool & comfortable while viewing homes.
I enjoy working with my buyers to come up with a list of homes that we’ll be viewing and then creating a schedule map that lays out exactly which properties we can visit in the right order. By using this method, we can make sure that we are utilizing our time wisely by actually being indoors examining homes instead of driving around in 100 degree weather aimlessly searching for the next “home for sale” sign.
Today I took my clients out to view homes in the Providence community, we started out viewing homes right off of Deer Springs and Hualapai and then worked our way north towards Grand Teton where Providence leads out to the Skye Canyon community thats under construction. While we were out, I snapped a couple of photos of the Madison Colony community that we visited. This past year I had a listing in this community that sold pretty quickly, this neighborhood is very popular due to the location, well kept community park and landscaping.
