Now that October is here, the weather is already starting to cool down. This is a well deserved break from showing homes all day in the scorching Las Vegas sun.
Today I was out showing a family a number of homes in the Centennial Hills community. Some of the attractions for families moving to this community include the Centennial Hills Library, YMCA, Floyd Lamb state park and the massive Centennial Hills Park located on Buffalo and Elkhorn.
The park is well lit, has walking trails, a children’s splash park, sandy volley ball courts and enclosed dog parks as well. This is a staple in the northwest for anybody looking to enjoy the outdoor breeze. The view in the photo above shows the rear of the park which leads to the library on the left and the YMCA facility on the right.
